General Policy

Retain all packaging materials, and pallets, in case a return is required.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original packaging. If it came with a pallet, it must be returned on that pallet.
  • The item has not been used or installed.

To process your return, our customer support team may ask for photos of the item(s). Please provide clear photos that accurately show the item and any issues. If we don't receive sufficient photos, we may not be able to process your return.

Products in good condition will incur a 25% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for the freight charges to return the product. Please contact support for a return authorization number.

Provide us with:

  • Model number
  • Serial number
  • Reason for the return request

"Return Request".

DAMAGED GOODS
Inspect your shipment before signing for it.
If you find damage:

  • Take pictures of the damage
  • DO NOT SIGN for it and reject the delivery.
  • Signing for the shipment is a written agreement that the unit is in good condition and can not be treated as a damaged delivery.

Provide us with:

  • Pictures of the damage
  • Model number
  • Serial number
  • Reason for the return request

"Damaged Delivery".

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed once the return is received, inspected, and restocked.

  • Refunds can take up to a week to show on your statement.
  • Refunds will the purchase price less the restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

  • If a shipped order is refused upon delivery it will be treated as a return, incurring a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • If a shipped order cannot be delivered due to either the customer not being available to accept the order, or incorrect delivery shipping details are provided, it will be treated as a return, incurring a restocking fee and return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
We do not process exchanges. If you meet our return criteria, you may return the product for a refund and then order a replacement product.

WARRANTY
If you experience an issue with an appliance after it's been installed, the manufacturer's warranty will cover repairs or resolutions. This warranty typically starts on the date of delivery. Please refer to the Manufacturer's warranty for detailed information regarding your specific product.

Please note that the warranty is only valid for products used within the United States. If the appliance is shipped or transported outside the U.S. after its initial delivery to a domestic address, the warranty will be void. This is because international shipping and different environmental conditions can affect an appliance's performance and durability. To keep your warranty active, ensure your products remain in the United States.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Ventilation.
  • Custom orders.
  • Orders without an original order number.
  • Orders without a return authorization number.
  • Modified products.
  • Products that have been installed.
  • Products that have been used.
  • Products without their original packaging and papers.
  • Products consider to be samples.

FORNO SPECIFIC RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including box and pallet).
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved Forno returns.

ILVE SPECIFIC RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • General Return Policy Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return Process Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Shipping: Pack the items securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Non-Returnable Items Custom Orders: Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Damaged or Defective Items Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if any items are damaged or defective.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund for items confirmed to be damaged or defective at no additional cost to you.
